Over three experience-packed days, you’ll gain unique insights into the city’s vibrant atmosphere, gastronomy, culture, new hotels and amazing venues – all tailored specifically for event, incentive and conference organizers.

Tuesday, June 23, 2026

  • 11.00 - 14.30 Arrival at Comwell Aarhus and Scandic The Mayor.
  • 15.00 Welcome & Destination Insights at Comwell Aarhus. A joint welcome from VisitDenmark and VisitAarhus Convention Bureau.
  • Discover Comwell's characterful venues Centralværkstedet & Smedien and experience the hotel’s new tower with 161 rooms and a rooftop bar overlooking Aarhus.
  • Explore Sydhavnen, Aarhus’ vibrant and fast-developing waterfront district, where you will visit the brand-new hotels Belle Guldsmeden and Moxy by Marriott.
  • Enjoy dinner at Restaurant SyvNi13, located on the 19th floor of the world’s tallest wooden building, offering breathtaking views and beautifully crafted seasonal cuisine.

  • 08.15 Visit Scandic Aarhus City and continue to Bassin Seven by Scandic – Scandic’s first signature hotel in Denmark with 342 rooms, beautifully located on the waterfront.
  • Take in breathtaking views from Aarhus Øje, 142 meters above the harbor.
  • Explore the International Sailing Center, a landmark venue for major meetings and conferences.
  • Feel the adrenaline on a high-speed RIB boat adventure across the sea, combining thrills with spectacular coastal scenery.
  • Enjoy lunch cooked over an open campfire, while discovering Aarhus’ fascinating history dating back to the Vikings.
  • End the day with cocktails at a hidden bar.
  • 19.15 - 22.00 Dinner at Bistro Solero, a newly opened restaurant.

From congress halls to historic meeting spaces in the center of Aarhus

Thursday, June 25, 2026

  • 08.30 - 10.00 Explore the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel and its impressive congress hall, followed by a tour of Musikhuset Aarhus – the city’s premier venue for concerts, conferences and cultural events. Together with ARoS Art Museum, the area forms the dynamic Aarhus Conference & Culture Hub.
  • Look forward to a special cultural experience— a memorable surprise designed to showcase the unique atmosphere and creativity of Aarhus. 
  • Conclude your visit to Den Gamle By, Aarhus’ renowned open-air museum and a truly distinctive venue for meetings and events. Here, historic streets and authentic surroundings create an atmospheric setting for receptions, networking sessions and smaller conferences – offering a memorable business experience where Danish history and culture frame your event. A delicious lunch will also be served.
  • 13.30-15.00 Experience Salling Rooftop, one of Aarhus’ most inspiring venues for meetings and events. During the visit, we will explore Væksthuset – a unique event space offering panoramic views across the city and harbor. The programme ends with a big thank you for your visit, and we wish you a safe journey home.
