Delegate boosting was a main focus and as a part of the free support, VisitAarhus Convention Bureau helped to attract more delegates to the conference.

Sharing is Caring was in 2017 held in Aarhus instead of Copenhagen, and was made possible through a collaboration between Statens Museum for Kunst and MMEx with the support of Aarhus Municipality and the Region of Mid-Jutland.
The conference became a success and resulted in sister-conferences in Brussels and Hamburg.
VisitAarhus Convention Bureau’s services:
- Dialogue with the conference hosts regarding the implementing of the city’s possibilities and theme of the conference
- Creation of the Sharing is Caring video for use on social media
